At a press conference following the Nordoff Robins Silver Clef awards on
Friday, Kylie Minogue admitted that it might be time to wind things
down.
Music-News.com were on hand to hear the Australian star
state 'Days are definitely short, going to have to really slow down
now'. Thank our lucky stars; the singer also stated quite positively
during the same conference that there is more to come, so no need to
panic. The original princess of pop is not ready to give up her crown
just yet.
Kylie took home the award after celebrating 25 years
in the music industry. The singer, who is soon to be reunited in a duo
with ex flame Jason Donovan, is excited and not at all nervous about the
reunion.
Kylie said that she would have never expected 25 years
ago that she would be here today, saying 'it makes me proud, really
proud'.
Kylie also warns us to 'brace' ourselves for the Olympics
here in the UK. Though she has nothing planned for our Olympics
performance wise, she fondly reminisced about her performance in the
Sydney Olympics and says that she is sure to get swept up in Olympic
fever in the UK too.
